I'm wife to my wonderful, loving, patient and forever forgiving husband Murat, and since January 2009, I'm mother to our little angel baby, Kaya.
I'm passionate about all things family, health, nature and especially learning. My lifelong passion has been learning! Learning how to be a better person. Learning how to be the best mother I can be. Learning how to be a better wife, a better daughter, a better sister, a better friend. Learning how to treat Mother Earth with the dignity and respect she deserves. And as a qualified naturopath, learning how to help others help themselves through nutrition and natural medicine.
